• Dear Sir, Thanks for the very good tutorial. I still have problems.

  @ 24.14 , at the end of the koha webinstaller, i had used the same user name as koha_library and same password. under library called "Union".
  The problem is now, i am not able to login at all.
  I tried doing the installer procedure again but that doesn't help. It is updating the datebase "Web installer › Update database
  We are upgrading from Koha 22.11.01.000 to 22.11.01.000" end up saying update is done.

  My questions are :
  1) Is it possible to find the username and password and library details given in websinstaller onboarding details ?
  2) Is it possible to re install koha web installer ?

  I will be very happy if you could help me in getting through these problems.

• Hello dear Furrukh Hussain Zai, I am writing to you because I am trying to install koha on a server Ubuntu 22.04 contracted with Godaddy, is a dedicated server Gen4 with 4GB Ram and 100GB SSD, I have tried everything and always get the same error when installing koha, I have installed the library on a local server several times following its steps and everything is installed correctly but on this server is not allowed to install, in the error message I only deleted the server ip, I hope you can help me, I am attentive to your answer, the error message is as follows:
