  • The one thing that you didn't explain is where is going to get your Windows 10 while resetting your pc while keeping files? I have an older build of Windows 10 and i have it on a cd-r and a flash drive and i even downloaded a ISO file of it recently. I think it is the same build as the one that i have on a cd-r and flash drive.
