Currently my system is booting halfway, I have tried save mode and it's not coming up, now I want to choose the option of resetting my system and keeping my files because I can't afford to lose them. please do I need to buy a Windows 10 software and insert in my CD ROM or will it reset from the already installed Windows 10?. • The one thing that you didn't explain is where is going to get your Windows 10 while resetting your pc while keeping files? I have an older build of Windows 10 and i have it on a cd-r and a flash drive and i even downloaded a ISO file of it recently. I think it is the same build as the one that i have on a cd-r and flash drive.
