This is quite old, but I think it's what I'm looking for. Is this still the procedure for the newer pi? Looking to use a pi as a security camera dvr… connected to ip cameras through just a poe switch (no router.. no internet connection at this site where it will be used)

Hi Ron, great video but should you have set the gateway to 192.168.12.1 rather than 192.168.12.2 ?
