How To Fix 3G/4G LTE Issues On China Phones With MTK chipset (Tested with Elephone S8 on T-Mobile)
Here is a way to resolve 3G/4G LTE wireless network issues on a china phone with MTK chipset.
After making the change, I noticed significant improvement in data speed and less issues while making phone calls.
If you are still having issue with your phone, please let me know through comments as to what the error is and what phone you have. Also mention when the error happens. The solution I have posted might solve your problem as it did for me but depending on the cause, your solution might be a bit different.
Hopefully you can get the 3g/4g lte problems resolved on your chinese smartphone with this solution. I do have some other solutions posted as well that you should checkout.

its not working I have a samsung s22 ultra
My 4g data is only affected in my home (at this point I'll point out my neighbours are crack heads and never leave their house they are on computers all day and I have Major issues with them they're Filthy.) Anyways I watched YouTube for 4hrs other day and my phone said I'd used only 210mb and I had to turn on aeroplane mode then turn aeroplane mode off to re-initiate a 4g data connection every few minutes. I know they're up to something I hear them at 3am in their roof cavity and all kinds of really strange stuff.
Whatever device he's using (network extender or Fake base station) it's also affecting my phone calls. I know it's them bcoz All this only happens when I get home, and they're approx 10 metres away from me in the next unit. Please If Someone Can Help I'd Appreciate It From the Core of My Heart. Blessings 🙏

I have one of these S8's and its reception is appalling. I cant make calls, texts don't send or get received etc etc. If I put it in my pocket it loses signal and needs rebooting just to regain the signal. I'm not sure anything can fix these Elephone S8 phones…. It does look good though, and the screen is lovely. I bought something else and just use the S8 for playing puzzle games!

Yeah, this worked partially. It's def faster but so slow randomly. I wish I would have known this before I got the Elephone U Pro. There were so many good reviews but none that I saw said this.
