Outlook Delete button grayed out [Fix]

1] Try other methods

Once you click on it, your email will be transferred to the Deleted Items folder.
Second, you can right-click on the desired email you want to delete and choose the Delete option from the context menu.
Third, you can click on an email and drag it to the Deleted Items folder.

2] Empty Deleted Items folder
