Fix Windows 10 There Was A Problem When Resetting Your PC Error No Changes Have Been Made

There was a problem when resetting your PC. No changes were made.
This error message is quite common and even more so now after the last Windows update.
Basically the system recovery image is corrupted and needs fixing!
So lets do it!

You will need to start the CMD prompt with admin rights and paste this command
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
and then press enter.
Let it do its thing for a few minutes and then when finished type exit and reboot your Computer and try the reset or erase again.

  • It says dism does not support servicing windows pe with online option
