Huawei B310s-518 Unlocked 4G LTE CPE 150 Mbps Mobile Wi-Fi Router (4G LTE in USA Latin & Caribbean Bands) + Rj45 Up to 32 … This router works O.K for a home router, but I wasnt sure it was going to do what I needed in my camper.
I found one that is “generic” that also has external antennae, a sim card slot that you put your own sim card in, and has 4 RJ45 ports and plenty of wifi range.
The letters on it are WG3526. There should be one that works for you.
