    Well thank you for the awesome videos and a unique teaching style with live examples.
    Just had a doubt in my mind in terms of sharing screen. If user can't login to his/her system how can they be able to share screen😢. Well this could be a stupid question but I saw you in the start of the video you have said so😊

  • For topic one, if they are working from home, you would need to get them connected to VPN first so they can communicate with the domain controller. I would reset their domain password to a default and remote to them and join them to the domain, if the computer they had was not already joined to the domain. They would need email access on their phone so they could receive a one-time VPN password or key. Another option would be something like Symantec Authenticator on their phone if their organization had that set up or some other key generator.
