I just got mine, put in the sim and held down the power button and it won’t turn on. It shows that the battery is charging, but it won’t turn on. I’ve had the battery charging for at least an hour.

The device keeps timing out and disabling the connection and then when I wake it up it says no sim. After roboot, sim is there and I have to enable again. HELP!
