• I am black, I didn't know he was in russia, I thought he was stuck in noob corner and that's why he expanded so aggressively next to me. My goal was to remove him from orient, confine him to the west and chill a bit until I figured who was strong and who wasn't. It really surprised me to see him come back from the north.

• As far as binds go, I know some easy changes that should be ToS legal ie not automated macros. I have a naga mouse and synapse which is a time saver but its not required since we're just rebinding keys and thats also possible via registry. I rebound my right click to be enter, mouse keypad 1 to left arrow, and mouse keypad 2 to right arrow. If you have a mouse with at least forward and back buttons, those could also be used as left and right arrow. The naga also has an inherent DPI switch button with 5 custom preset DPIs. Anything that eliminates my need of a keyboard or my 2nd hand at all helps increase my speed greatly.

  I went from playing on mobile for my first few months to playing on my fiancee's laptop with my gaming mouse Ive had collecting dust for years just this week and omg its a whole new game. I still wish they would put this game on Xbox so I wasn't limited to only playing between midnight and 6:00 a.m. but oh well.

  Doesn't help that the two risk games that are on Xbox are absolute dogshit after playing this one first.

• In terms of a sandbox mode, it would be really cool if there also was a "randomizer" mode that could also affect the value of continents. I mean, +8 Australia anyone?

• Maybe it's just the cynic in me but I find it weird that red and yellow seemed to only want to hit Pete and that when yellow saw Pete card blocking red he expended a massive amount of troops to break it for no personal profit.

• omg, i started this video thinking – ok this is going to be a great game… but after it became obvious that red and yellow were dog shit, i thought "damn you pete, you click baited me"…. but then came the ending ….

• Hi Pete! Long time viewer and first time participant! I was red in this game. I think my biggest mistake was not taking out white just before you did. As for my other moves, acid_ibis4214’s comments are pretty spot on. In the end, I am glad everyone got such a good laugh from the episode and my mistakes, you included! Best of Luck!

• There was a point in the mid game where yellow was constantly breaking you but you were not actually breaking him back and just reclaiming your territory, which allowed him to snowball. At 35:34, was there a good reason not to break yellow? It feels like you were too nice to yellow.

• How many troops do you recommend for popping weak caps early? I find that 2-1 is very risky but 3-1 is usually safe.

• lol – never surprised by the game. I appreciate that you make plays. Unfortunately the game has personalities that can be challenging to predict. I’ve seen you make plays that I wouldn’t and they work brilliant, and I’ve seen plays that don’t. Love the perspective!

• Turn 2, 5:59 black only had 5 troops on capital when you were getting 13 troops that turn. Why didn't you roll their capital?

• Pete, big fan but noting that whenever players are not playing according to how you would play, you think they are bad. In this game, these players beat you …

  I suspect they judged that you were good and teamed on you, which I think is the correct and smart move.

• For a while you had a good thing going with yellow, but trying to force them to change where they were getting a card was definitely seen as aggressive, putting them in a position where your capital was opened and you could smack them. Red seemed passive until you hit his precious Scandinavia that he didn’t even hold lol then it was a blood war
