Sir ye window server 2 jo liya hua h vo bhi same 2016 server ko hi copy kiya hua h.adc ke liye.pdc pe to humne 2016 configure kiya hua h ab adc ke liye bhi vm pe same sever install krna h uske liye different name se ya koi or server choose krna pdega.for exp 2019.

The new domain cannot be created because the local Administrator account password does not meet requirements. Currently, a password is not required for the local Administrator account. We recommend that you use the net user command-line tool with the /passwordreq:yes option to require a password for the account before you create the new domain; otherwise, a password will not be required for the domain Administrator account."
