  • Barf. Make sure to Down flag robot voice videos like this so they stop ruining the search engine results

  • I'm not quite sure what I did… I had to go to method 4. As you can see my keyboard is working. Thank you for your help.😀

  • I spent 2 hours trying to make it work before googling, and it just started working again for no reason 🤦‍♂️

  • How mad u guys… Without working and with a locked keyboard how will you unlock the laptop

  • One another way to check of the problem is realted to hardware or software, is to try launch your computer/laptop bios or boot Manger, if the boot launched and it worked it may work again when you launch windows if the keyboard wasn't workingbinside windows only, probably it's windows faulty drivers, try a spare keyboard or use the on screen keyboard to update or reinstall your faulty drivers.
If the keyboard wasn't working in bios, most likely it's hardware problem, you gotta go to maintenance shop

  • Por favor, podríais ayudarme? Me ha dejado de funcionar el ratón del propio teclado. No sé qué hacer. He reiniciado varias veces, he actualizado el controlador del dispositivo y nada. Solo llevo un par de semanas con esta laptop.

  • Final solution: force shutdown your laptop by holding your power button, then turn on again

  • I can't log in to mine. Onscreen keyboard also doesn't work. I can type numbers but not letters. Has anyone been able to solve this ? Restarted a number of times , no joy.

  • I tried the first method now my laptop keeps turning on and off

  • Use seprate keyboard and restart the laptop .. It will work as mine

  • Finally it work thank u so much men this really help

  • As.s___us…yup. Done with them. Link to keyboard driver below flagged as unsafe.

  • Oooh
I thought that i will return it back to asus
    Thx bro 🤍

  • Thanks you so much ive had this trouble for about 6 hours

  • When i have 3 HID keybord devices and standard PS/2 keybord should i un-install all HID devices?

  • Thank you so much, it was frustrating for me that my keyboard stopped working all a sudden.

  • It happens when an update installs windows hello. My laptop got destroyed by windows hello, all of sudden it sarted to make runes, that windows hello sh*t installs something at the uefi or bios level and the problem persists. I installed linux and the problem is still there and there are virtually no options to erase the CMOS or getting rid of the uefi. There is not such thing like "a driver" for a keyboard. If you connect an external keyboard It behaves the same way as the "broken" keyboard does. It's some shit at IO level.
