first you want to prepare
– tools flash disk (drive) to save windows 11 architecture (minimum drive 4gb)
– another pc to download tool win 11 (in case your pc only in boot mode blue screen failed to login)my pc have same problem but still can login windows
1. Download the tool according to the Windows 11 architecture installed here:

2. Run the downloaded setup and click Create installation media from another computer;
3. Select the Language, then select the edition and architecture according to the installed Windows 11;
4. Connect the flash drive from another pc
5. Click Next;
6. Select the USB Flash Drive option and click Next.
7. Click Finish. (reject the flash drive then connect to your pc)
8. Boot with the Pen Drive;
9. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer.
10. click troubleshooting then advanced options
this method not remove your windows data but repair installing data error file
