Her expertise is diversity and she is the co-founder Equality Check, a technology product that measures diversity and inclusion and supports organizations with evidence-based solutions for gaps identified. In 2015 she founded TENK: a Technology Network for Women that yearly inspires hundreds of girls to explore the endless opportunities in technology. Together with SOS Child Villages, she has initiated the project Digital Villages which works to give underprivileged children access to technology.
