  • I must say . your builds are second to none. Fantastic work my friend very impressive.

  • If you had a sledge hammer then you could knock off all of the zombies and make them cycle back up again. This is the perfect base design for that and you would save on resources every time that you knock off all of the zombies because they would cycle back to you.

  • Thrilled to see a big 7DTD youtuber embracing the challenge of the harder biomes.

    At some point, seeing pros building the same old base in the forest gets old. I'm testing a pipe weapons only challenge in the snow biome right now. I might even record and upload it

  • Half blocks (or 3/4 blocks) over the fighting position might reduce ducking. Inclines/wedges may increase ducking though.
    You need to make the path to the ramp longer (like the first base, but maybe not AS long). Once they get within range they will auto-enter destroy area mode after falling, which is what seems to be happening. I had this same issue recently in a21, they took out a two wide ramp at the same point each time.

  • zombies still go into rage mode(at the bottom) when I am 14+ blocks up, there must be some other trigger for it as well, for example did have spikes down there so they took damage down there and at one point I was shooting them down there

  • I love your vision for base design and am looking forward to seeing this new base complete. Good horde fight, they were relentless.

  • Yeah, I always build my trader outposts off the road, stay out of his exclusion area.
    10:00 mark… I wonder if the lack of bedroll will come back to bite you? Almost did, that was CLOSE!

  • The idea you had for the cigar and the strength mod wont work i have personally tried that on my lv 6 nerd cap it didnt work even tried with cigar and agility mod they dont stack it seems. So you still can only get plus 1 of a stat

  • This move was well done. Personally, concerning the increased HP pools of zombies, I think that was a bad idea for balancing. If you want the early game to be harder, why not make it so your weapon damage is nerfed, but make it so mods give you more damage than before? That way, not only do we have more emphasis on modifying gear as soon as possible so it's not as minor of a bonus, we also don't have nearly as hard horde nights.

  • One of the aspects I enjoy the most in your series is your base builds Tem! I actually get alot of inspiration from watching all the base builds that you do and then building my own base. Often with some designs that use yours as a start 😀

  • Great series as always! I like a lot of the 'New' 7 Days look, but the zombies.. I hope they decide to DE-mudify them… they look awful.

  • I did my usual. home in the forest but horde base in the wasteland in a T5 Poi. just go done with day 14 and had i think a dozen demos. (64 max zombies)

  • Hey tem, 7:05 maybe the lion was able to hit you because you placed the bars at the top of the 2nd block. Maybe if you try the bottom of the 3rd you might be out of range? We all know that anything sitting 2 blocks tall can be hit by zombies and animals. (Your pinky toe might be clipping the 2nd block and they still hit you… idk lol)

    Also you could try the "middle bars" (dont know their real name). Those would put you half a block higher, but also it would sacrifice your range, specially with your knife. There is room for experimentation!

  • Hi Tem. For your fighting position, if you orient the front railing ( 30:59 ) horizontally , you can repair it much easier during the horde & also see more clearly if it breaks.

  • i think u can take the stations if u turn down the shadow zone to zero of land claim block in the settings before running the game .

  • They definitely have to adjust loot tables and trader items still. Finding so many sham sandwiches early on us awful, my brother and I found a legendary part day 3, Glock9 had 2 or 3 by his first horde. The items being sold progress so quickly too. I might be doing horde every night but he's already selling better stuff than I can craft by day 5. Level 4 wrench, wooden bow. Also anyone else not getting books properly? I've got points into knuckles and machine guns but for some reason I'm finding more books for every other weapon. I can make level 4 knuckles, but I bought 4 books and I can craft level 4 stone sledge, level 3 stone spear, level 2 batons and level 4 knives…

  • I laughed out loud when you stopped by th3 cabin and chucked a Moltov at it. Never change.

  • Downside to using ladders as a platform – enemies pass thorough them. Check.

  • Base looks a little like the starwars Jawa sand crawler vehicle. Lol. Pretty sweet

  • If your going to have that many around you at the fighting position, knife range is going to be a long term issue.

  • looking forward to your new base. fyi craft from containers mod for 1.0 exp seems to work
