How To Fix Strict NAT Type On PC!

In today’s video, I will be showing you how to set your NAT type to open. It’s very simple and anybody can do it as long as your IP starts with 192.168. And it’s completely free. Hopefully this video helped you out and if it did please consider subscribing to the channel!

  • Hey guys! Lots of people have commented that this doesn't particularly work for them. This can either be because of the game you're playing, or the router you have. I've helped people who have the same type of router as me and it always works. However, some people with different routers had issues doing the same. if this video doesn't work for you the only explanation I have is that it's either the game you're playing, or your router that's keeping your NAT type strict.

  • @MacJunkyFlips can you explain to me how this is safe. I heard dmz opens your computer to everyone. Your saying the way you did it it will change the ip adress and keep u safe like yours says hidden how did you get that? With static? Bc ik u can port forward on the router and firewall if you dont want to do the dmz. Also if i have upnp already enabled. Can I just type the ports into the firewall for udp and tcp for mw3 and will that open my nat type since upnp is automatic port forwarding? Great video! I also have a choice to click open on the router just like you

  • Im not seeing a way to change this with starlink. does anyone know one way or the other?

  • so if i have a phone hotspot router im screwed? great….

  • I thought turning on DMZ is terrible for all of the risks your PC is open to now

  • Hey I did everything what you said even try going to the routerlogin problem is a website pops up and not the one you showed in the video

  • Hey does anyone know how this would effect other computers in the house?

  • My linksys router had destination and source for DMZ, which do I put the number in?

  • Thank you so much even after 5 years you are still helping people ive been trying to play wildlands with my freinds for like 2 weeks but all i had to do is this thank you again

  • Well I’m using Xfinity’s modem/router and that website is for NETGEAR router users so not sure why you chose that website. Not everyone uses NETGEAR products for internet.

  • Amazing, this worked instantly. Gears of war on PC was showing a strict NAT and now it's open, thank you mate!
