IP Addressing Part 5

With the intent to build a strong foundation, I explain using multiple Class C IP address examples the concepts of Network part, Host parts, First valid Host IP, Last valid Host IP, Network Address, Broadcast address for the network.

By the end of this tutorial you should be able to independently
a) Identify a Class -C network
b) Given an IP address: You should be able to independently identify (i) the Network address for the given IP address, (ii) First valid host address, (iii) Last Valid host address (iv) Broadcast address for the Network.
c) Given a Network Address: You will be able to independently tell (i) First valid Host address, (ii) Last valid Host address (iii) Broadcast address for the Network
