  • In Houston, which was hit by Hurricane Beryl, a heart-wrenching picture of the wealth gap emerged.

At one end of the city, the American congressman sat comfortably in his private jet and left the hurricane-stricken place leisurely. His life seemed not to be greatly affected. Perhaps the plane was equipped with various luxurious facilities. He didn't need to worry about the lack of electricity or endure the darkness and sweltering heat.

  • Interesting. We’ve been having recently developed problems with MS apps (since new year at least). Apps taking longer to load / transact / process commands, apps not closing without error messages, more errors and buggy behavior in general.

  • Thanks for triggering PTSD on Friday. 🤦🏽‍♀️

  • What's the good news? nothing is lost… everything is fully restore. no data lost in airport fights, bank account, etc.
it's just first day career from Microsoft college graduates. people make mistake. Even Wall Street investors at 20s. first day of job is not easy. H ave you seen the evolution Microsoft and apple. It got better and faster. We have AI. AI is able to restore any data loss in businesses and accountant. If Microsoft spokesperson say it's accidental or Microsoft first day career. I'll accept. New Microsoft employee will topple the next 2038 bug problem.

  • I worked today and it was a NIGHTMARE no trades could be placed. Big deal with trying to cover risk

  • The was the best at work Holiday ever . No one at my job was complaining

  • The girl with the black hair talks at the speed of light…making it difficult to follow

  • Demonstrates the importance of resilient business continuity planning and the dangers of over reliance on digital systems without the analogue backup of critical systems.

  • Someone is trying to hack more than IT, stay vigilant. Elections are coming!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you I have problem at 9am my gaming computer won’t not connect and my Xbox was down

  • (A) It is not a Microsoft event; (B) It was apparently an upgrade to Crowdstrike software. It seems to me the fault is at Crowdstrike. It is well-known that software developers do not test every possible fault in their software. Given that, why was this software upgrade circulated so widely? Why wasn't the software tested in a more restricted area first? It seems like the height of irresponsibility to upgrade the software throughout the world without adequate testing. Are we saying our chief security company Crowdstrike is not up to the job?

  • I thought MS stopped updates on old computer so these might be the newer ones.

  • AI become self-aware. Even the fired programmers are befuddled.

  • FOOL COMPANY MOST OF THE TERMINAL USING WINDOWS XP OLD OPERATING SYSTEM NEVER HOPE WITH MODERN DEVICE EVEN UK BANK ATM USE WINDOWS XP IS NOT MICROSOFT PROBLEM

    PROBLEM WITH OLD SOFTWARE

  • We need to rethink how dependent we are on these things when a garbage software company gets a "bug" and it impacts lives through healthcare, business, and travel etc… worldwide. So I go out of my way to NOT update my workstations and they're all still up and running just fine like as if nothing happened. Don't be dependent on a system of centralization it WON'T end well I promise you.

  • It's really funny! Quite hilarious actually! 😄
As a much mocked, and ridiculed, and scoffed at, stupid, loony tune, 'Tin-Foil Hatter' 'Conspiracy Theorist', I am LAUGHING MY FRIGGIN ARSE OFF!! 👍
And, no, I did not have any problems whatsoever at the supermarket tonight puchasing my Six pack of beer and groceries (though, quite obviously, many Hundreds and handreds did!), I [like just a habdful of others] just pulled out some good old Legal Tender Cash currency, paid, and left. Not a worry. 😊

  • LOL are they reading the news online in that pad 🙂
