How to set up the Wekan project manager on Linux

Wekan is a kanban-style project management system for Linux servers. Its main purpose is to be a free, open Trello alternative that anyone can install. It’s low-maintenance, easy to use and is very similar to the favorite proprietary kanban style tools out there. In this guide, we’ll go over how to set up the Wekan project manager tool on your Linux server. We’ll cover both Snap and the Debian/Ubuntu script installation tool. • I have a problem with the fact that I can not change the date or responsible in the card. Initially, there was a problem with WebSocket proxying in Nginx. I solved this problem. But dates and responsible have not been appointed. There is an internal server error in the browser console when updating data. And nothing more. Could you suggest what could be the problem?

  • im confusing usually to install web application you need web server, is snap web server too?

  • Weka is not found and Wekan doesn't seem to be installing it, says says "wekan 2.97 from Lauri Ojansivu (xet7) installed".
MongoDB didn't even get installed, nothing seems to have happened… folder "wekan-autoinstall" is nowhere to be found either.

  • @AddictiveTipsTV please can you upload a video how to set up the SMTP settings e.g. Google SMTP.

    Thanks in advance!
