OCULUS SETUP STUCK – "WINDOWS 7 HOTFIX UPDATE REQUIRED" FIX
Here’s a guide on what to do if you encounter the following error message whilst installing Oculus Setup on Windows 7:
Update required.
Oculus Setup requires KB2670838 and KB3033929 Windows 7 hotfixes. Please install these updates and run Oculus Setup again.
Quit.
Copy installation-file to another drive.
Open cmd.
Change drive with command, name of drive.
Type in OculusSetup.exe /bypassHotfixCheck
