WD External 3 Terabyte Unrecognized Drive Fix

This is an advanced tutorial that shows how to fix your Western Digital external drive
if you have two or more Western Digital external drives hooked up to the same computer.
This problem may occur when two drives have the same signature or ID number. Which seems weird but it happens. In this case, Windows thinks the two WD drives are the same device so your second WD drive does not get assigned a drive letter. Follow the steps in this Tutorial to fix this particular issue.

Note: You will need Administrator privileges on your computer to complete this tutorial.
