Award Winner: Dr. Arjun Sahgal (2020 Virtual Volunteer Celebration)
On Friday, November 20, 2020, we came together to celebrate the first-ever Virtual Volunteer Celebration to appreciate dedicated individuals to the brain tumour community. The ceremony was hosted by long-time Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada volunteers Pablo Coffey and Catherine Wreford. During the presentation, we honouring volunteers from across the country, as well as awarded our Trophy of Hope winner as part of our 2020 Virtual Brain Tumour Walk. We introduced two new award categories: the Prize for exceptional young volunteers and the Prize for health professionals.
