  • Josh why do you never make season wood to light campfires, forges etc as they last sooooo much longer 🤦‍♂️

  • you can find vendos at almost hotel/motel. Sometimes you can get both and working!

  • There is a mod that makes any door unlockable via picks

  • Putting 2 points into Physician speeds up the chemistry station by 20%, which would be -30 minutes on your gunpowder. Chasing books is a great way to pass time and wind up disappointed.

  • The only way that I've ever really been able to make an underground base viable is by having an excessive amount of electrical traps and turrets while speccing deep into Advanced Engineering. I usually play in a similar way anyways because I like using Blade Traps. I don't ever have to worry about ammo on horde nights. Just iron for darts and steel for repairs. It's possible, and it's definitely fun, but it's a lot of work. The hardest part is usually construction, digging out the cavity that will become the base. At least the parking garage does some of that work for you. But honesty, any base design that works well underground, would likely work even better above ground and elevated.

  • 21:22, Build the Underground base like an Ants Nest.
    Ants leave large chambers to catch rain water, this way the Nest doesn't flood.
    I'd do the same, just have large tunnels full of Turrets , barbed wires and blade traps.
    These tunnels would be the only way in or out.

  • proving the need for a search function for your inventory in the first 5 minutes.

  • You can turn off npc footsteps so they don't scare the crap out of you 😂

  • There absolutely is an unlockable door mod – I've used it myself for the same reasons.

  • In the NPC window (escape) you can check the box that makes NPS footsteps silent, to stop scaring yourself 😀

  • I would love to see you do an underground base. OR an underground horde base just as a challenge. 🙂 Go woodle!

  • The reason you could not put down the ammo crafter in that closet space, is probably the floor trim on the back wall. The little brown strip thingy…
