AC Liberation HD PC FIX! ACTUALLY WORKS! #savesmallerchannels #iamacreator
Hey guys! Lots of people have been trying to get Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD on Windows 10 to no avail. I’ve been across a lot of forums too and none of the suggestions seemed to help me.
Turns out, the KEY is to:
1. Browse to the game directory of AC Liberation
Example: C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonAssassin’s Creed Liberation
2. Right click on ac3lhd_32
3. Choose Properties
4. Go to “Compatibility” tab
5. Choose Compatibility Mode for Windows 7.
And that should DO IT!
NOTE: It may also be helpful to have AC Liberation installed on the C: drive, but your mileage may vary. I would assume this fix will work for the non-HD version of AC Liberation as well.
This was tested on Windows 10 Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.572).
