In this video we will be showing you how to set up a WordPress site on Oracle Cloud which is free forever! This is great for those who want to try out WordPress and see how it works and for those who just want a free site. The free tier also allows you to use free SSL certificate and a custom domain. We will be using the Oracle Cloud dashboard to set up our server and we will be using aapanel to manage our server and install WordPress.

I tried.. account all setup but keeps getting errors when creating VM instance. I even tried paid instances.

I'd like to caution that I have had the free server for almost a year.
Today I got a bunch of alerts that my sites were down. I logged in and my volumes, instances, backups, EVERYTHING was deleted without notice. As I looked into this more, there were another handful of people who said the same thing happened to them in the last 24 hours.
I would exercise extreme caution. You are not able to contact support using a free account. In my case whatever they did also prevented me form upgrading to a paid account or creation a support thread in the forms.
Service was great, would not recommend for anything critical.
Is it free forever or for one month only?

Will the parameters of 4CPU 24GB Ram remain for me, or will it change to the default values? I don't want to believe that such high values of server parameters are free forever.,,, Many people complained that after the trial period they have problems or money is taken from their card….1Question: – if I want to use AMPERE I have to so will it work on UBUNTU or only on the Oracle Linux platform?
