Another Way to Install Linux Apps on Chromebook
Installing Flatpaks is another way to install linux apps on a Chromebook and it’s SUPER easy to do. Probably one of the easiest ways to get Linux apps installed and running in Chrome OS.

☀ Commands:
sudo apt update – look for software / system updates
sudo apt upgrade – upgrade your system files
sudo apt install flatpak – install the core flatpak system
flatpak –user remote-add –if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo – add Flatpak repository
CTRL+ALT+T – access the ChromeOS terminal
vsh termina – access the terminal to modify the linux container
lxc config set penguin security.nesting true – modify the Linux container to run Flatpaks
