  • When the economy is growing and unemployment is low, asset prices tend to go up because of the level of spending in the economy, it’s no secret. You wouldn’t want prices falling with persistent inflation, that’s what we call, stagflation, and it’s not good for consumer sentiment or the economy as a whole.

  • Is it like 2000? Not at all. There is still an argument to say things are overheated and future growth is being overestimated.
