ASUS Bluetooth not working in Windows 11

1] Check whether your Bluetooth function is enabled or not
Sometimes this issue can occur due to a disabled Bluetooth function. Make sure that your Bluetooth function is enabled. To do so use the below steps:
- Open the Device Manager.
- Click the arrow next to Bluetooth and check if there is an arrow marked on the Bluetooth icon as shown in the above image.
- Right-click on it and click on Enable device.
Check if it brings any changes.
2] Restart your device
Restarting your device may fix temporary problems. We recommend that you restart your computer. Try connecting your Bluetooth device and check if it is working or not.
3] Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter
If restarting your computer does not fix the Bluetooth issue, then Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter in the Get Help app of Windows 11. This is an automated tool in Windows computers that helps users fix Bluetooth-related problems.
4] Update Bluetooth Drivers
An outdated or corrupt Bluetooth driver can also be responsible for why Bluetooth is not working on Windows devices. Update your Bluetooth drivers and check if the issue gets fixed. To do so use the following steps:
- Open the Windows Settings.
- Click on the Windows Update.
- Click on Advanced options > Optional updates.
- Under Driver updates, a list of updates will be available, which you can choose to install if you are facing an issue manually.

5] Turn off Fast startup
Disabling Fast Startup from the Control Panel can fix the issue. Fast Startup can sometimes prevent Bluetooth from working. So, try to disable the feature and see if that works. Use the below steps to turn off Fast Startup:
- Open Control Panel.
- Change View by to Large icons.
- Click on Power Options.
- Click on Choose what power button does and then on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
- Untick Turn on Fast Startup.
- Click on Save changes.
6] Roll Back or reinstall your Bluetooth Adapter
A Bluetooth Adapter is responsible for the proper functioning of Bluetooth devices on a Windows computer. Open the Device Manager and see the roll back option (if available) for your Bluetooth Adapter. If yes, roll back your Bluetooth Adapter.
If rolling back the Bluetooth Adapter does not fix the issue, uninstall it via the Device Manager and then restart your computer. Windows will automatically install the missing drivers on the restart and check if it brings any changes.
Alternatively, you can download & install the latest Bluetooth driver version from the official ASUS website. Enter your product model name or serial number to download the right compatible Bluetooth driver.
7] Run Bluetooth Diagnosis via MyASUS
If you have installed the MyASUS app, it has a built-in Bluetooth diagnosis tool that can help identify and fix problems. Use the following steps to Run Bluetooth Diagnosis:
- Open the MyASUS app by searching in the Windows search bar.
- Click on System Diagnosis.
- In the Diagnostic Tool tab check the Bluetooth box and click on the Checkup button.
8] Update the BIOS
