  • Are you saying that it goes from an ally to a traitor? 🧐😱

  • I dismissed Asus from my builds list 10 years ago. They used to have a great return and warranty 15-20 years ago but that has since gone by the wayside. Now I'm exclusive to Gigabyte and ASRock.

  • (2:29) For real!! The joysticks on my PS1 controller still doesn't drift or anything like that!

  • User removable and replaceable batteries must come back.

  • They just have a bunch of scammers working for them I guess they don't care as long as the company is making their money

  • now your picking up sides with the wrong woman:))) That guy is a bit stupid. He opened the device and fucked it up and then he is blaming asus for it. I would sue him for that video:)) Now you craking up with idiots:)) nice:))

  • wow! asus did what everyone said they would do no way!!!

  • N64 joysticks wore down real fast, it's a well known problem. There was no drift, but there was a lot of play in the mechanism, so you couldn't make precise movements anymore. Eventually, you couldn't even get it to register 100% excursion in any direction. There's even a company that makes metal replacements for parts that were originally plastic but wore too fast. Only the N64 had this problem.

  • I will never buy another ASUS product. My last pc I built in 2020 was all ASUS and although it has performed flawlessly, the Armory software is terrible and will not support a business that get involved in such anti consumer practices. Looking forward to an ASUS-free new build.

  • Well valve is no better than I had stick drift on the left controller i bought a pair off amazon and decided to to replace them both anyway i had issues I contacted valve for almost 2weeeks back n 4th eventually they told me my warranty doesn’t cover it and I could send it In For repair I declined and fix it my myself good customer service is a thing of the past with most companies like boost mobile they use to have great service 2015/19 no longer is that the case

  • Keeping up Louis is getting required to know what companies are scummy or not

  • I buy EVGA GPU's and parts as much as I can. Good quality so far. Asus used to be good but after owning many different pc components made by them and having so many issues I stopped buying them
The Asus ROG gaming notebook is a great example. they just fall apart. A Ryujin 3 AIO cooler leaked and shorted a motherboard and destroyed a 4TB NVMe. Their track mouse buttons depress past not clicking back…….heaps of problems all relating to quality.
Not surprised one bit their warranty department is as you describe. Not surprised at all.

  • what is left tho
all companies are shit, I own a lenovo laptop and i almost got an asus instead
    🙁

  • Why every YouTuber its against Asus now? I never had any issues with them and my entire rIg its from them… peripherals, hardware etc. even the monitor and the chair.

  • Hold up the form states to remove the drive as a suggestion, but when you do, they hot you with a void warranty… where the he'll is that legal

  • Reason number 462649 to chose the Legion Go over the ASUS ROG

  • all of Asus aftersales stories makes buying a Macbook more sensible lmao
