Aust NBN Fault: July 18 TEST 8 NET lag issues Ubuntu 22-04-4 on my Desktop wired UNI D1 isp TPG

ok now morning July 18 2024.
I have a second ISP now active on the FTTP NBN NTD Box.

TPG on UNI-D1 @ +940.Mbps service

TANGERINE on UNI-D3 @ 100Mbps service

This is test 8 with my desktop cat 8 cable connected to our Asus RT-AX54HP. via UNI-D1

Using TPG for this test.

Test 9 following I did directly following with same connection as test 8, BUT now with Router connected to UNI-D3

Using TANGERINE

seems very similar results.
