Step by Step on How to setup a DNS Server in your Virtual Network on Azure. Steps below
1) Already have a Virtual Network

2) Already created your VM in a Virtual Network

3) Already Installed Powershell for Azure

4) Already assigned a Static IP to your VM

5) Install DNS Role
6) Install WINS for NetBios Name resolution
7) Set up Forwarder for external domains 8.8.8.8 (Google Public DNS)
8) Check Dynamic Updates in the DNS
9) Setup DNS in Azure Management Portal
