1. Add Custom Domain on WebApp
2. Create SSL
3. Configure SSL Binding for WebApp
4. Configure Custom Backup of WebApp (Primary region – East US) on Storage Account (GRS-RA)
5. Create new WebApp in DR (Secondary/Paired Region – West US)
6. Restore WebApp custom backup from Storage Account only (Assume Primary Region is completely Down)
