• I got two batteries 1 is 48v at 54v fully charged and 52v at 58v fully charged. 52v refusing to work with 07 error if i flash this firmware will i be able to use my both batteries?

• i have a controller problem, i know it because i've tried another one and the motor works perfectly fine…so the issue with it's original controller is that the throttle doesn't work and the motor starts by its own without me touching anything. Will this flash fix the controller or is water damaged? ( previous owner said it was working fine when he was using it )

• Bafang are making their motors non programable and some you only get 5 reprograms before they lock you out. These prigramming cables are not bafang.

• My heart dropped today when I got the 30 H error before I even started riding. I've had my bike for 2 years with no issue until now. All the troubleshooting with connectors did not work. Luckily, I purchased a programming cable when I bought my bike but have never used it until today. 🙏 Thank you so much for this video!

• question if you may. I have a customer that brought in A E bike with the mid drive. Code error 30 present. Hook The charger up oddly enough. It cleared the code for about 4 hours. Code came back and will not go away checked all connectors. All pins, all female connectors appear to be free of corrosion and nothing wrong. And update didn't help However, the battery on the LCD display shows 0. The walk mode will show up, but it will not turn the motor on. Pedal assist does not work. The headlight indicator will come on, but no headlights or tail lights. I could not find any pinched wires either. I would suspect that this is a partly defective controller. And I know it's more difficult for you to answer that. On your end than would it be for me? Having it in your hands? However, in the detail that I have provided. Wold you say that I am correct in that assumption?? I know that it is a possible hit-and-miss. Could it be the lcd display? I don't know, but I am leaning towards the controller myself. What are your thoughts, please?

• I have a Bafang BBS-HD 48V 1000W motor. It was working properly, but then it started giving an error code 30h and didn't move. I found out that in this video, a person fixed this problem by installing new firmware, which I also did. However, I suspect that I may have done something wrong or made a mistake because both my motor and battery are 48V.

  Then things got strange. I powered on the battery and started the motor, but the screen went black, and I heard an electrical sound from the controller, motor, or battery. It sounded like something had broken or burned. So, I'm thinking I may have burned my controller.

  My question is, is the firmware installed in the controller? If I get a new controller, will that fix the issue? Because I can't even install new firmware anymore as nothing appears on my screen. So, is the firmware stored in the controller and not in the motor?

• Thank you to Golden Motor for this procedure. It has saved me fro several 700km road trips back to the Bafang dealer to get this done.

• I have a question: I've been installing bafang motors (mostly bbs02) on bikes for the last 3 years. Programmed all of them with the configuration software or eggrider and never had an issue, until now. After writing flash, the PAS is disabled (or works only at startup degree 1, but very erratic), and I can only make it work normally again with a lot of luck, restarting the controller, re-writing flash over and over again. but without any guarantee it will ever work again. totally random. I've been told they now produce the controllers in Poland…
  also have not been able to find the mcu on bbs02 controllers purchased in 2023. I'll dig one open to see if they still use the same mcu.
  please let me knof if you have a clue of what might be going on!
