recognizer language in the Speech Recognition control
panel under Advanced Options.”

.type regedit in run and search for it
.select it
.now search for the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun
in the “Run” folder check for a file with name ctfmon .if there is not one with that name right click and create a new folder with name ctfmon.now double click on it and set its value as CTFMON.exe
.now your Speech Recognition error will be solved.
