Bypass Cisco Umbrella & OpenDNS website block
In this video, I will show you how to bypass the Cisco Umbrella & OpenDNS website block/ web content filtering.
In order to do this, we need an Android to setup a proxy server, and then all the traffic will be routed to the phone instead of let it go through the firewall / DNS server of your organization.
Actually, you can create a proxy on Linux or even Windows, but if you could do that, I believe you don’t need this tutorial anymore xD
Video time frame:
0:00 – Introduction
0:59 – Requirements and solution walkthrough
1:50 – Installing EveryProxy on the Android phone
4:05 – Configure proxy server in Firefox application
As always, if you have any question or idea, please leave it in the comment section. I will try my best to answer them.

86k views damn school don't play around
Thanks for sharing this, now I'm gonna disable browser settings to all users 😂
thank you! it worked on my work laptop
Thanks. Uncle recently showed his creep side of him and got Cisco Umbrella to watch everyone's data and history. Using this to go back under the radar.
My school also has a system that is on the chrome book that block websites even on different Wi-Fi
Can you make video of proxy in Google Chrome in windows laptop. It will be helpful.
If I can connect my laptop to Android which has unrestricted access to internet then why I would need to connect company network? And even if I do so then all my traffic will be routed through Android. So what's the point here?
I can see same message on my personal laptop. May i know how i can unblock YouTube from my personal laptop. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Me who has an iPhone
Pov: you have an iPhone…
The sad part is that now every Chromebook has it ╥﹏╥
Does it work for downloading extension
I did not work for me. 🙁
Thank you it was so anoying
Why do you need proxy on android ? If you dont have data plan on cell then doing this is useless. If you do have data plan on cell phone then why do this ? you already have data. If you are trying to share cell phone wifi, your cell phone would have the same settings so websites would be blocked on the cell phone too. Whats the purpose of this ? People just come up with anything.
Firefox isn't on my Chrome book what do I do
Dang, Every Proxy is rated 3 and up. I find this very infuriating as a 2 and a half year old, we deserve our internet freedoms too. #AgeIsJustANumber
