  When things are not good government pretends things are fine and when that does not work, they have to find other ways to continue their rule.
  This is the way it is in all civilizations. Nowhere has humanity reached a stage in its human history where the majority rule themselves, we may be the first.
  At least we have a better chance at it than previous civilizations. The Cops are used by the rulers to crush resistance and opposition to their rule.

  However, people will do what they always had done and that is to move to where they can get the sustenance in massive numbers adding more grief and headaches for the rulers in government.
  We used to be able to tolerate tornadoes and droughts, floods. In that period our economy was in its height. They were not as frequent and powerful and did not mess up the growing cycle for crops. We had abundance and enough food to go around, everyone ate. Not anymore. The tornadoes of today affect the crops next year and the years after.
  A late classic period of decline, the tornadoes will be the cause of the abandonment of the cities.
