CCNA : The first level.
This is the very basic level to understand Networking basics such as Tcp/IP protocols, ports, routers, switches. You need this to establish a firm base in the networking field- the fundamentals.
CCNP: Second level.
You can’t get CCNP without getting CCNA. Much deeper course and assumes you have a solid foundation.
CCIE: Top Level Networking exam.
For above two courses, you only have written exams. But in CCIE, along with written exams you also have lab exams. And here you become skilled in design and other aspects of medium sized networks which have 100 to 500 devices.
