CISCO CCNA full-time position VS a contract position. In this video, I will talk about the best and fastest way to approach a 6 figure job in I.T. But first, I will talk about the differences and benefits from each job position. By having a full-time salary you get a salary and many different benefits such as health care, medical and dental vision and also have the benefit of taking days off. People choose to go through their I.T. career by getting full-time positions only to feel secure due to having a scarcity mindset (which isn’t good)

Having a contract position is when you get paid hourly only for the hours that you work, you also dont get the same type of benefits as if you had a full-time position. Having a contract position wouldn’t work if you had a family or if your significant other wasn’t working. It’s all about self-awareness, you have to figure out what you truly desire not only for you but for your family. (watch the video to find out which position is best for you)
