CISCO: % Unrecognized host or address, or protocol not running.

In this video I will explain why you are receiving the Unrecognized host or address, or protocol not running error on Cisco router. Usually, this happens because ip routing is not enabled. Or, it is still occurring because an ip address has not been assigned. Once an IP address is assigned on the router, this error should go away. You can see here that I try and ping, but it gives me the error. Once I enable ip routing and assign an ip address, the error goes away.
