Procedure for commencing a class
1. I will begin by highlighting each section on the site that requires attention, as well as drawing attention to the location of their file folders at the bottom of the page.
2. Next, I will demonstrate the student version so that they may view it precisely as kids will.
3. Next, I will navigate to the content tab to display the various items available, particularly the syllabi that are crucial for them to be aware of and prepared for.
4. During my ongoing discussion, I will address the Zoom link and any other pertinent links necessary for their initiation.
5. Access the content tab. I intend to attend the discussion section and emphasize the significance of familiarizing oneself with the policies governing conversations. Subsequently, I will provide a comprehensive overview of the content included inside the discussion part. Additionally, I will address the significance of conducting talks punctually.
6. During the discussion part, I will randomly click on the other tabs to demonstrate the potential content that may be relevant to the tasks that are significant for them.
7. Next, I would return to the content tab to ensure that they are aware of how to access their course by clicking on the link that would directly lead them to their course and provide a comprehensive overview of the course layout and what they can expect to see.
8. After conveying to them the necessity of acknowledging and embracing the incurred expenses as a prerequisite for commencing their tasks, I will subsequently revisit the D2L portal. This will enable them to once more encounter a hyperlink or any other pertinent supplementary details.
9. I will conclude by urging each student to engage with my YouTube page by liking, commenting, and subscribing. This will ensure they receive timely updates about the IT sector. Afterwards, I will bring the session to a stop.
