My pc ran fine, i came back from 2 week vacation where nobody was in my pc and my games would not start, i did a reset and clean Install and did not help, so then i tried entering safe mode and my pc locked me out and i can't get back in, i am trying again with a usb stick and clean install and now i get it to start the new Windows untill i either click recommended install or the user defined install and then neither work. It has been over a week trying to reset via reset Dates, wiping the drives and starting new and nothing is working. Getting ready to take it to a shop or just junk it.
The main reason is the hard drive. Its about 3 inches in your laptop or your CMOS (motherboard) battery. When it comes on and it will once in awhile, just download all your folders and drivers and myinfo system32 pdf. Then buy a 4-8 tb hard drive, take it to the shop and have them swap it. your laptop will never run the same way, but thats ok. Because you would have to find the original drivers and everything for your cpu and the shop will do a good job. Then download and check the myinfo system 32 pdf between the 2. Just in case your computer shop had some sticky fingers.

yeah so if you have external drives connectes, bios seems to be stuck unable to move.
Try this one..
Go to advance mode then advance and select onboard configuration then see if you enabled realtek pxe oprom or realtek lan controller if not then enable it..then press f10.

One more solution. This also can loop the bios. Check if your hard disk/ssd is connected into the motherboard.
