Court Says IP Address Not Enough for Default Judgment
A Copyright Troll was denied a default judgment in a file-sharing copyright claim based entirely on an IP address alone. The Troll, Malibu Media, has filed approximately 8,300 file-sharing lawsuits over the last eight years.
