Create a Singularity container for an R package on GitHub
This video shows how to create a Singularity container for an R package that is hosted on GitHub (i.e. not on CRAN).
It follows the documentation at https://docs.uppmax.uu.se/software/create_singularity_container_for_r_package/ , which is for the UPPMAX HPC clusters in Sweden, but one can freely imagine his/her favorite HPC cluster instead.
