You have to go into the files and give yourself ownership to System32 and end any services or programs the System32 is running on and it will delete. Beware though, you'll have to reinstall Windows if you go through with it!
Run cmd as adminstrator and type "del C:/windows/system32" And restart your pc, and there you go, you just destroyed your pc!
You cannot delete system32 , but you can delete items or all of the system32 folder
