DHCP Reservation | How to Configure DHCP Reservation | Windows Server 2019
In this video, we will first understand what is DHCP reservation and how DHCP reservation works and then we will see how to configure DHCP reservation windows server 2019. The same way DHCP reservation can be configured in Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2012 as well.
In DCHP reservation an IP address is bind to the MAC address of the device for which we want to configure DHCP reservation. We will also see how to check or verify mac address of any system using command prompt from client system or from DHCP server itself. at the end we will verify the configuration from both DHCP client and DHCP server machines.
