Digital Democracy and a Global Pandemic: Lessons form Taiwan's Covid-19 Response
A one-hour moderated conversation between Minister Tang and Professor Peter Loewen on Taiwan’s stellar response to COVID-19 and the strategy to leverage its IC technologies for public health. The webinar will be co-hosted by Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, the Rotman School of Management, the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto.
The virtual event will be part of the David Peterson Program in Public Sector Leadership Lecture Series, which welcomes leading policy thinkers and practitioners across the public sector, politics, business, and the media to the University to examine pressing issues.
