To fix DNS Server Not Responding Issue :-
1. Open network connection. You can do this by pressing the Windows + X key on your keyboard and selecting the Network Connections option.
2. Find your network connection, right-click and select Properties from the menu.
3. When the Properties window opens, select Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4) and click the Properties button.

4. Now select Use the following DNS server address options.
When the DNS server is selected, enter 8.8.8.8. As for the alternative DNS server, you must enter 8.8.4.4. If desired, you can also use 208.67.222.222 as prepaid and 208.67.220.220 as an alternative DNS server.
5. When finished, click OK to save the changes.
