Domain Controller Migration [Windows Server 2008 R2 to Server 2012]

★Domain Controller Migration [Windows Server 2008 R2 to Server 2012]

It’s time to upgrade your current Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 domain controller to Windows Server 2012, but you can’t because the hardware doesn’t support Windows Server 2012. That means you have to purchase new hardware and rebuild that server to Windows Server 2012. Once that is done, you have to migrate your Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 FSMO (Flexible Single Master Operations) roles to your new domain controller.
