CU 01 INTERNET PROTOCOL IPv4 ADDRESS CONFIGURATION
The person who is competent in this Internet Protocol IPv4 Address Configuration competency unit shall be able to successfully perform IPv4 network device identification, selection, configuration and testing according to standard operating procedures and meeting application requirements. It builds confidence, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in a multivendor environment. To do this it is essential that equipment such as servers, switches, routers, etc. come from a variety of manufacturers and each individual has an allocation of time with each.
Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
