EE 4G LTE Speed Test – 80Mbps+ USB Tethering – Galaxy S4 & 'Pay As You Go' Sim (4GEE / 4GLTE / 4G)

This is a EE UK 4G LTE network speed test taken while tethering to my laptop using a USB cable, the wifi hotspot maxes out at 45Mbps so you need to be using USB tethering at this point.

This test was taken using a Samsung Galaxy S4 (S IV) with a pay as you go sim card tethered to a HP Core i5+16GB RAM laptop using a USB cable.

I manage to hit a peak download speed of about 85Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps, Not bad but if only there data allowances were a little more generous.

This is 4G LTE or ‘4GEE’ as it’s otherwise known, Using the SpeedTest app installed on a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a £10 data pack sim card.
